How to report a claim

    Notify Bima Express

    Call or WhatsApp 0729 044 687 immediately after the incident. We register the claim with your insurer.

    Submit required documents

    Upload to the portal or send via WhatsApp. We'll tell you exactly what's needed.

    Assessment & verification

    The insurer assesses the loss. We coordinate inspections, garages and surveyors on your behalf.

  4. 4

    Approval & settlement

    Once approved, you receive repair authority or payment — and we track it until it's done.

Motor claim — what to do at the scene

  • 1. Make sure everyone is safe. Call emergency services if needed.
  • 2. Take clear photos of all vehicles, the scene, and damage.
  • 3. Note the other driver's details — name, ID, vehicle reg, insurer.
  • 4. Report to the nearest police station within 24 hours.
  • 5. Notify Bima Express on WhatsApp 0729 044 687.
